Harvest Health MD is the first Direct Primary Care (DPC) office to be located on the south side of Savannah, GA, thus it is uniquely positioned to serve a demographic that is not reached by other DPC offices in Savannah. We serve patients from Savannah, Richmond Hill, Georgetown, Skidway Island, Tybee Island, Garden City, Port Wentworth, Pooler, and Rincon.

We are located off of Oglethorpe Profession Blvd (behind Star Castle), in Oglethorpe Professional Court Complex. Once you enter the complex make a slight right toward the back of the complex then make right. We are located on the left hand side. 

We are also accessible by public transportation via CAT Route 6, 14, 27.
